Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系 === 105 === In recent years, universities have been actively contacted with local communities to conduct practical courses and service-learning courses in a different way than before. Students apply what they have learned to the real field through diverse issues and resources of the community and to assist the community in integrating resources and communicating knowledge to residents. In the process of community development, university resources are an important role when communities faced with limited resources and lack of ability. University students use their professional skills to solve the difficulties in community management and help the community development. This study is located in the Yin-Tong community as a research object, through the on-site observe and interview method. The relations between the Yin-Tong community and university, in response to the different needs and problems between the two sides, therefore develop different operational mechanisms. And university teaching supports the diversity and sustainability of community activities and promotes the social network links, and increase the ability of community residents and community organizations.
