碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系 === 105 === SUMMARY Facing global climate change, animals can migrate to find suitable areas to survive, but plants can only rely on a long-term evolution to adapt the Mother Nature. This study is discussing about the adaptation of architecture to the environment. This thesis design uses double-skin curtain wall principle combined with wood structure to develop a double-layered structural system. This design aims to use a simple way to coexist with the environment. This design also discuss about the composite structure of wood and reinforced concrete used as joints of existing reinforced concrete structure and wood structure in the design of double-layered structure system.
