| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 交通管理科學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === With the economic development and the improvement of medical standards, aging is an important issue to be faced by our country. On the other hand, the driver's license is the certification authorized by the government to see whether the people is suitable for driving. In order to ensure traffic safety, it is necessary for the elderly to carry out the suitability assessment. This research aims to construct an estimation model of establishing a management system for the elderly driving license by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and lists important key factors to conduct the design and investigation of expert questionnaire. This time a total of 14 questionnaires were distributed, recycling 13 copies. It lists some key factors of establishing a management system for the elderly driving license after interviewing experts and collecting questionnaire data. The result reveals that the weight in four dimensions is 19.5% of physiological level, 17.6% of psychological level, 35.6% of driving behavior, 27.3% of policy and law. It is clear that driving behavior is regarded as the most important dimension by all experts. In the analysis of entire evaluative criteria, three evaluation indicators of higher weight are 18.3% of high risk drivers, 11.5% of medical notification mechanisms and 10.5% of medical conditions and drug effects. The overall results show that experts give high weight to violation, accident and medical information of elderly drivers, and distinguish management of these factors is believed to have critical influence. Through this study, we bring out the urgency and importance of the assessment criteria and provide the specific and feasible suggestions for the government departments as a strategy to establish a proper management system of elderly driving license.
