The subject of this study is building fire. This paper conquer region restrict of dispatch in the past literature and construct the first echelon dispatch model for building fire by using Linear Programming and compared differences of old and new dispatch. Next process construct optimal fire vehicle dispatch and deployment each model by using expected value and two-stage of Stochastic Programming. Finally, the mathematical models for building fire dispatch of this study are not only can reduce artificial factors risk but also can save gasoline cost effectively.
