Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 105 === In this thesis, we presented a novel biosensor using zinc oxide for channel layers by sol-gel solution process. Development of the zinc oxide thin film transistor, which is based on extended gate and floating gate structure. To investigate variety materials of dielectric layer and biomolecule compatibility. Floating gate structure is applied to pH sensors, hydrogen and hydroxide in the pH buffer solution which makes the influence of the induced potentials different, resulting in the turn on voltage and the threshold voltage. Novel biosensors and metal ions detector were developed. Using specific single-stranded DNA sequence, combined with potassium ions. The charge of them were determined by zeta potential and submicron particle size analyzer. Positive and negative charge of solution after combining which affect the induction mechanism of dielectric layers on sensors.
