Under the pressure of students’ recruitment, all the schools need to improve their images. To do that, first of all, schools need to review whether students, faculties and administrative personnel’s demands are met. Since the management of schools has become more complex, it demands lots of cross-unit cooperation. Undoubtedly, to improve the communication of cross-unit is the first priority in this matter. Schools should improve the quality of communication and meet the demands of students, faculties and administrative personnel. This study maintains that it is an effective way to improve school images if students, faculties and administrative personnel can identify themselves with their schools. The purpose of this study is to use the method of “Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch” to improve the communication quality of school administration. In the study, the author obtained 13 parameters which have great influence on communication quality, such as instantaneity, efficiency and patience to construct the contradiction matrix of communication quality. The author also applied Likert scale to design the questionnaire of communication quality and survey the school personnel on whether communication quality is important to them and how they think of their school’s communication quality. According to the results of questionnaire, the author found out the school’s insufficiency in communication quality and proposed some innovative principles to improve its communication quality. As mentioned above, the author found three innovative principles “transformation of properties”, “replacement of mechanical system”, and “prior action”. The author suggests that schools could use instant messaging software to replace the traditional communication means, such as phone calls, face-to-face meetings and e-mails to make better communication quality. Instant messaging software can well increase the effectiveness and save much more time. As long as the school administration could get more effective because of the better communication quality, students, faculties and administrative personnel would have a better sense of belonging, and so as the school’s image.
