The banking sector dominates the financial sector. This study has selected representative Khan Bank of Mongolia.Khan Bank, with 500 branches across all of Mongolia and with more than 4000 employees, is the largest commercial bank in Mongolia, providing banking services to an estimated 80% of Mongolian households. The Khan Bank finances corporate, small and medium businesses, consumers, and individuals. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of training on employee performance of the Khan Bank. Data was collected form Khan Bank employees through questionnaire.This study was based on primary data collection of 125 Khan Bank’s employees. Training, organizational commitment and employee performance are comprised of questionnaire. Analysis is done by regression, reliabilityand correlation technique. The data was tested on SPSS to analyze relationship between three variables.The correlation test was applied to measure the relationship between employee performance and organizational commitment. The study results show that training significantly and positively influence on employee performance, organizational commitment significantly and positively influence on employee performance, training has significantly and positively influence on organizational commitment and training has an indirect relationship with performance mediated by organizational commitment.
