In order to find the optimum yield, this study changes factors : time, the type of catalyst, the temperature; Calculate the energy consumption per gram of product by dividing the energy consumption by the yield. The acetone and the polymethyl methacrylate was added to product and spin-coating to form a film. The functional groups of the product and the reactants were detected by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The product hydrophobicity was analyzed by contact angle meter. The results show product yield is 89.15% under the conditions of H₂PtCl₆•(H₂O)₆ catalyst,120℃ and 3hr, respectively; the product yield is 84.2% under the conditions of Fe(CO)5 catalyst, 80℃ and 3hr, respectively; the product yield is 92.51% under the conditions of Co2(CO)8 catalyst, 80℃ and 3hr, respectively. and the three products by spin-coated form a film are good hydrophobic.
