However, the development of the transportation industry are often limited by the extent to which engine-powered research is progressing; and further, it brings about other parts and components and related development of science and technology. It is evident that the role of engines in the transportation industry has a large impact. The assembly and maintenance man-hours consumed by the engine components are the most important to the automation objectives because the engine assembly process is the most complex and sophisticated. It influences the user's direct use of experience, so the engine assembly cylinder for future maintenance and automated assembly is a decisive indicator and has the absolute importance of status. Cylinder liners for engines not only can effectively reduce the waste of engine demolition time and maintenance costs but also possess the processing characteristics of high positioning, high wear resistance and high precision, which reveals technologies, achieves the same performance of the engine cylinder body, and further achieve the purpose of standardization and automated assembly. Especially in terms of the two quality focuses, circularity and surface roughness, cylinder liners for engines are the main keys to affect the processing costs and production capacity. This study will discuss how to use the establishment of the processing parameters by using Taguchi method to quickly find out the best production parameters of the module, which can be used to conduct processing tests to effectively reduce a large number of test processing time, the defective product output and the waste of resources and costs. The best production parameters of the module will shorten the development time and speed up the efficiency of mass production, which effectively reduces the unnecessary costs and increases profit. Also, it effectively adapts to the rapid market demand in order to achieve the targets of effectively reducing costs, increasing profit margins and providing fast services.
