Which the hub of the drum hole for the bearing with the hole, the two are tight fit, so the bearing diameter roundness of the greatest impact, bearing diameter affect the entire drum rotation smoothness, so how to control the turning process clamping method and processing parameters , Is the main key to control the dimensional stability
Through the use of six standard deviation method to improve the step DMAIC five stages, to domestic well-known bike flower drum manufacturing company's bicycle drum drum aperture size roundness and processing process to confirm the study, the construction of flower drum processing process optimization model. The experimental data combined with the design method of Taguchi quality engineering parameters to find out the optimal combination of experimental level in the processing process. The experimental data show that Cpk is raised from 0.68 to Cpk1.44, which has a significant improvement in the process capability and the prediction error rate But also to achieve the accuracy requirements, confirmed that this study does contribute to the bearing hole and ratchet claw claw position quality improvement and process capacity stability control, and the results of this study can also provide domestic bike flower drum manufacturing industry to enhance the quality of reference.
