Medical services and home care combined with new technologies to improve the treatment effect, reduce the cost of medicine, which is the direction of global development. Medical equipment to the wisdom and intelligence, will be the future trend. Therefore, this study used the method of Mental map method (Mind Map), integration Importance - Performance Analysis (IPA), Network Level Analysis (ANP), Fuzzy theory (fuzzy) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) ) in the Medical 4.0 and Medical intelligence system assessment model development.First of all, this study through the literature review, mental map to find the medical intelligence system development of the relevant structural criteria and sub-criteria: (1) medical automation (2) Medical intelligence (3) medical management wisdom (4) Medical equipment wisdom. Above the four elements as a benchmark to find the relevant factors, Using IPA to classify the evaluation models of medical intelligence system development factors, and then use ANP to find out the relationship between the elements that meet the development of medical intelligence system. To find out the key important criteria factors and weights, and will find out the needs of the medical industry using Fuzzy-QFD score into the medical industry technology weight and sorting. This study provides modern medical technology to implement the medical intelligence system development and development of technical needs of the priority order, and can import many equipment to ensure that modern medical technology.To make sure the needs of medical 4.0. Import the Internet of things technology, monitoring equipment operation technology, large data technology, cloud computing technology, imaging simulation diagnostic system technology and other medical concepts 4.0, integration of technology.To build medical 4.0 as the core in the future. Therefore, if the study can make perfect evaluation and planning in the development stage, it not only meet the development needs and technical requirements of modern medical industry, but also improve the progress of medical intelligence.
