| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 105 === The United States and China are the mainly exported country of Taiwan woodworking machinery. Their total export value amounted to over 50% of the species and occupied a large proportion . Taiwan woodworking machinery industry keeps the world's top four nowadays, but the export value declined slightly compared to the one in the past. It is still a quite important issue to maintain our own quality for increasing export production. Besides, quality is also a highly concerned and attentive focus for all advanced countries. So this study investigates the case of edge machine for improving quality level. The gluing system related to the appearance and the quality of use is a quite important process. Its adjustment device will affect the glue flow. In order to analyze effectively and improve to achieve a good quality level, this study will refer to the six sigma DMAIC model and assess by process quality level index responded to process quality level and process yield rate . Through this study, a quality improvement direction for the company will be provided and the final goal of increasing export value will be accomplish.
