While the air conditioner itself needs a good price through the introduction of product performance, planning for customer needs. Air conditioners also need to have professional and technical personnel for customers to repair or maintenance, to make the body to maintain good functioning. Based on the air-conditioning service industry, this study builds on four dimensions: air-conditioning service quality, air-conditioning product knowledge, air-conditioning service product value and air-conditioning service industry satisfaction. Through the causal model diagram, to understand the consumer in the various aspects of the consideration between the model is different. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method was used to analyze the data and validate the model using the AMOS software. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, "service quality" has a positive effect on "product knowledge" and "customer satisfaction", and "product value" has a positive effect on "customer satisfaction".
