At the end of the course, questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted.The purpose of this study was to investigate student’s eating self-efficacy, learning self-efficacy and social self-efficacy after food and farming education program.A MANOVA analysis was employed to examine the respomdert’s eating self-efficacy, learning self-efficacy and social self-efficacy across background levels. The finding are as follows: 1. Food and farming education program mostlly presents positive effects on the students’ eating self-efficacy, learning self-efficacy and social self-efficacy. 2. Except the whole variate, student’s eating self-efficacy, learning self-efficacy and social self-efficacy have no significant gender difference. 3. With respect to parents social and economic status, student’s eating self-efficacy and learning self-efficacy shows significant differences, while social self-efficacy exhibits no significant difference. 4. Between different participation time, student’s eating self-efficacy and learning self-efficacy have significant difference. 5.
