In the case of the demand is rising, LED gradually replaces the traditional indoor lighting applications But the commercials of LED lamps downward illuminate, there are still some problems like glare and heat dissipation. This thesis mainly use LED as light source by developing a new type light module. By aluminium extrusion and stamping process, we create a LED light module. Nano-array anodic aluminum oxide has good insulation and thermal conductivity properties. Through the diffuse reflection of different thickness and second lens design for LED upward illumination, we get output light from circular into elliptic distribution. By arranging five LEDs on each side, there is an elongated elliptic distribution on the reflection plate. Finally, a low glare, low cost and good heat dissipation light module is created.
