The Government has introduced overseas supplementary workers in October 1989. The introduction of foreign workers has made a significant contribution to the improvement of enterprise productivity, especially to the labor intensity of the traditional industries. This study is mainly discussing how to establish a management mode to prevent the culture shock of foreign labors in different cultural values, also can effectively develop the management model , so that foreign workers come to Taiwan to work with the objectives of the target, and to supplement the domestic workers and the study of how to solve the problem that Vietnamese labors encountered and find a more efficient management to motive them to meet the need of local enterprise. The motives of the study were "to understand the factors and background of their work in Taiwan", "to establish language training", and to "strengthen education and training", "set living and working management rules", "set up incentives", " Interaction level "to increase the stability of employees in Vietnam, to enhance the company''s productivity, with the contribution and recommendations of this study, the factors that lead to Vietnamese employees and job adaptation are adjusted at any time to increase the work of Vietnamese employees stability, to enhance the company''s productivity to reach a long-term consensus with the two sides. Most of the introduction of foreign labor in China through the intermediary company to assist in discernment, the company on the case of the company management of foreign workers played a very important role. It is also one of the important factors that affect the fact that foreign companies are still able to stay in business. Therefore, this study can be used as a reference for the management of enterprises.
