Based on relevant research references with company internal discussion to sum up the four major core competences which includes price competitiveness, service integrity, reaction velocity, professional level. It evaluate all the service items in the core competence by rating the importance score and satisfaction performance to further extend 30 questions in the investigation survey. The target object of this research is the hard window blind distributor in the south China area. Finally, we have completely surveyed the 41 returned questionnaires out of 48 from the distributors and 46 completed out of 50 from our company employees. This research has found out the located phase area of the core competence on MOG and SIPA in order to analyze the difference cognitive level in between distributors and employees. Therefore, the results from the analysis could be beneficial to the A company on building future market management strategy and making correct resources allocation for the hard window covering industry.
