碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 105 === This paper analyzes the current challenges faced by the food container industry of Taiwan, and sorts out the management tools that an enterprise can use to re-examine its operating model and evaluation procedures for an investment project, with a view to expand the production capacity and use the standardized process, and evaluate the feasibility of introducing process automation with the aid of an information system. This paper combines the aspects of current affairs, theories, analysis tools and field investigation, and can be used as a reference for the food container enterprise of Taiwan to analyze and formulate its business strategy.
