In this study, the famous Taiwan W food manufacturing company as the research object, the food industry in addition to the general manufacturing activities, and relates to the traceability management, food and beverage manufacturing industry business management, supplier management and so on secret issues. In this paper, through literature review and data collection, in order to understand the internal control Chinese, the rapid consumption of food industry and the common problems and high risk project, expected internal control in corporate governance within the collection operation, can achieve the precautionary function in the cradle, to the study on and for fast food consumption in the internal management of industrial contribution.
