In addition, many companies either in purchasing fraud, stealing and selling inventory, employees carry away the key technology or business secrets emerge in an endless stream fraud have occurred, many people will ask the big enterprise screw loose? Why is the internal control process not found? These issues have attracted more and more attention from all sides. The internal control system to the organization management follow the established goal of the dynamic management process, emphasizes the management by the consideration of enterprise operating activities control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication and supervision of the five elements of planning approval, according to the methods and measures to improve operational performance in the follow. In this study, the famous Taiwan W food manufacturing company as the research object, the food industry in addition to the general manufacturing activities, and relates to the traceability management, food and beverage manufacturing industry business management, supplier management and so on secret issues. In this paper, through literature review and data collection, in order to understand the internal control Chinese, the rapid consumption of food industry and the common problems and high risk project, expected internal control in corporate governance within the collection operation, can achieve the precautionary function in the cradle, to the study on and for fast food consumption in the internal management of industrial contribution.
