The total length of onshore natural gas trunklines of domestic natural gas industry exceeded 1500 kilometers. Because the pipeline is mostly buried high pressure steel pipe and chiefly gas trunklines sections are through densely populated areas, if it is not carefully managed to spill, which will inevitably cause serious disasters, not only endanger people''s life and property security, but also cause a variety of clients in the production to a halt and huge business losses. This study is based on the schema of PDCA management cycle, which is respectively from pipeline of security management, risk assessment, and inspection technology to confirm high risk pipeline sections, and then take risk prevention, mitigation, repairation and implement effectiveness evaluation to build underground natural gas pipeline integrity management (PIM) system, ensure the security and reliability of gas trunklines operation and further reach the security and stability of gas supply target. 唐資文 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 50 zh-TW |
