| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 生物產業機電工程學系所 === 105 === In addition to agricultural products for human to use directly in agricultural production, it also produces lots of agricultural residues in field. The agricultural residues, which contain abundant useful components, are also the product of photosynthesis. For example, they can be raw material for bio-energy and various enzymes industry. So far, most of those agricultural residues are grounded and buried in the field to be organic material. It can be said to be quite low-level use. In the requests of ecological environment and sustainable earth management, people recognize agricultural residues actually to be valuable resources. It can be further transformed and utilized
in many areas.
The study currently focus on the more mature technology and project objects, which are related to the field agricultural residues resources transformation and utilization. The harvester will be developed for selected agricultural residues to be major crops in Taiwan. The harvester for corn stalks has been developed sucessfully to be the prototype to collect the residues. The maximum harvest rate for corn stalks can reach 79%.
