Users will be able to use the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and the Ontology Web Language (OWL) to store information when they are searching and analyzing data. So that the relationship between the information and the field of knowledge are stored in the information, so that the data can be read the contents of the machine, no longer need a specific customization program to show the meaning of the data. The topic of this paper is how to convert EXCEL, Database and other forms of data into a knowledge-based image of the information, so that all the data have a common representation of the structure.
