The results will be divided into the following four aspects: 1. The influence of Positive Psychology to the respondents 2. Applying the Positive Psychology theory to teaching 3. Applying the Positive Psychology theory to the classroom management 4. Applying the Positive Psychology theory to students guidance According to the results, researcher will provide the in-service teachers or the future researcher some suggestions on how the Positive Psychology should be applied to school.
