Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 教師專業發展研究所 === 105 === The concept of the Positive Psychology had a positive influence on personal value and self-concept to both students and teachers. Hence, researcher would like to investigate how the in-service teachers who has taken the Positive Psychology course putting the theory into practice via in-depth face-to-face interviews. The results will be divided into the following four aspects: 1. The influence of Positive Psychology to the respondents 2. Applying the Positive Psychology theory to teaching 3. Applying the Positive Psychology theory to the classroom management 4. Applying the Positive Psychology theory to students guidance According to the results, researcher will provide the in-service teachers or the future researcher some suggestions on how the Positive Psychology should be applied to school.
