Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 企業管理學系所 === 105 === There is a problem between business and students. Things student learning from college is not suitable for business. To resolve this problem, Students will have internship during they are in college. To business, they can also looking for talent who is suitable for business through internship programs. However, although students have chance to stay in the company after graduated, some of students will still leave for another job. So, there were some study focus on the intention of stay of interns. But most of them tend to research the students of department of hospitality. There are only few research focus on students of department of business. To close this gap, our research focus on students of department of business of self-determination and shared vision to investigate the relationship between their job satisfaction and intention of stay. The respondent of this research are college and graduated student of business school in Taiwan. There are 120 valid questionnaires and we use PLS to analyze the data.
According to the result, autonomous and competence have an effect on job satisfaction, and then indirectly effect the intention of stay. It means that self-determination theory is an important role in intention of stay of interns.
