To improve the competitiveness of education, countries of the world are positively involved in the fostering talents. After the government promulgate “Teacher Education Act” in February 1994, it is multi-channel to obtain teachers and the member in the school are more diversity than before. This paper attempts to discuss the degree of the part-time administrative duties attention and satisfaction to Miaoli County teachers, moreover, to understand the will of the situation to the teachers stay in the administrative? Research recommendations: 1. To enhance incentives that the senior teachers as part-time administrative. 2. If the policy and order are not complete, we don''t publish it to avoid chop and change. Furthermore, the part-time administrative teachers need to strenthen training. 3.
