The concept of the digital archives of the school history is through the standard of digital work processes and digital archives system model, the school's valuable historical relics, and academic assets in a digitalization method to be preserved. Through the literature to explore the functions and tasks of the school archives, as well as to explore the development of digital archives, as a school archives system and the processes of digitalization standards based on the establishment.
Researchers have served as senior high school library and computer center executive director. Very understand the needs of the senior high school digital archives system, the use of high schools in the current use of computer equipment and software resources, design digital archives system to build demand specifications. Also according to the "National Digital Archives Plan" the digitalization process for the implementation of reference, at the same time with reference to "Taiwan e-Learning and Digital Archives Program" in the work experience and norms, detailed planning school history relic’s collection content and process. In addition, gradually establish and correct the completion of the school digital archives required metadata, digital file format and system construction related computer technology. Moreover, practical application in the construction of Taipei Private Yanping High School history of the digital archives system. The process and the results are detailed records, as a reference for school at all levels of school digital archives developing and construction.
