The research methods included literature review and questionnaire survey. The data was collected from 615 teachers of junior high schools in Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City and Taoyuan city. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and structural equation modeling. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The junior high school teachers’ perception of the principals’ transformational leadership, school organizational health and teachers’ well-being is positive. 2.The junior high school teachers of different gender, in-service years, educational level, administrative duties, and the different principal’s gender shows significant differences on teachers’ perception of principals’ transformational leadership. 3.The junior high school teachers of different gender, educational level, current position and the different principal’s gender shows significant differences on teachers’ perception of school organizational health. 4.The junior high school teachers of different gender, in-service years, educational level, administrative duties, and the different principal’s gender shows significant differences on teachers’ well-being . 5.There are positive correlations among principals’ transformational leadership, school organizational health and teachers’ well-being . 6.Compared with principals’ transformational leadership, school organizational health is the stronger indicator for teachers’ well-being . 7.The principals’ transformational leadership has positive effect on teachers’ well-being through the mediation effect of school organizational health According to the findings and conclusions given above, some suggestions are provided for practical applications and future researches. 秦夢群 學位論文 ; thesis 257 zh-TW |
