The above risk factors will cause the fire. Hence, to prevent dry burning risk, to prevent fire-off risk、to prevent earthquake risk are very important function for the gas stove.
This thesis presents an intelligent safety gas stove which could prevent the dry burning risk, fire-off risk and earthquake risk. We use the non-contact sensors to detect the temperature of the pot and the fire of gas stove. When the stove caused the dry burning or gas leaking, the system will cut off the gas immediately. We also install an accelerometer to measure the earthquake. It can cut off the gas immediately when the earthquake intensity reached the hazard level. At the same time, the system will transmit the current state of the gas stove to the mobile device by the Bluetooth. User can monitor the current situation of the gas stove on the mobile device. The intelligent safety gas stove could be a safety guard in using gas stove.
