The PV facilities are expected to reach a capacity of 6,200 MW in year 2030. There are two reasons that I select rooftop PV and electric supply and government electricity wholesale price as the main research theme. I hope to provide some initial thoughts for those who are new to the field of solar power and to promote the protection of environment in Taiwan. The cost of PV system installation is fixed,so I choose two mathematical formula like NPV and IRR to analysis Roof PV Systems’s cost in Taiwan.And these are common daily topics and investment return analysis are easy to understand. The other reason is to analyze the investment return and recovery time of rooftop PV installations,and I use the patent search system to analysis AD 2007 to AD 2016 photovoltaic system patents in the world for prediction future development. Taiwan is the leading country in the global development of solar power generation systems in the past 10 years. However, Taiwan's solar power accounts for only four thousandths of the total electricity source. However, although the government is pushing forward, many families are on the sidelines. This study found that policy and electricity If the government defaults on the cost of building or the price of the system, it will directly affect the willingness to invest, which will also cause a certain degree of impact on the domestic related industries. However, in the case of some sunshine hours Short and housing construction to obtain higher cost areas, the law set different purchase price, but also a significant impact on investment efficiency, it is recommended that the combination of official,industry and academia should be assessed in order to make the results tend to be objective in the industrial development and taxation Spending balance.
