The needs of meal transmission increased rapidly. There are many restaurants cannot sent out meals because of lacking of human resources. This paper discusses how to help restaurants to send out meals in low cost. The core idea is build a meal-transmission service center which provides meal-transmission services. Any restaurant need to send out meals can pass the tasks to the center. In this the design of the service system is proposed. The system can be divided into two parts: management part and tour guiding part. The management part clusters the tasks into missions according to the area information. A routing algorithm for multiple points is used in the tour guiding tool, which integrates mobile computing and google map GPS technics to guide the meal deliver man.
