With increasing globalization, a greater knowledge of organizational culture and its effect in non-western cultures can be beneficial for practicing leaders and decision makers. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate and gain a better understanding of the significant impacts of organizational culture with its dimensions on employees’ job satisfaction among staff at FPT Corporation, one of the biggest private corporations in Vietnam. It was done among 354 employees of FPT Corporation which was gathered through questionnaires was analysed by using statistical package for social science (SPSS) software 20.0. Two types of statistics were used namely descriptive and inferential statistic. Frequency and percentage were the type of statistic descriptive and statistic inferential used were multiple regression and Pearson correlation. The result showed that no significant impact of emphasis of reward and performance oriented on job satisfaction. Result also showed that significant impacts of other dimensions of organisational culture (organisational supportiveness, innovation and stability and communication) on job satisfaction.
