碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 社會工作系碩士班 === 105 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of community short-term parenting programs. This study was conducted using a single test group before and after the test design to 120 people in Kaohsiung community as the object of study, to accept the researchersdesigned a one-time parenting program, a total of 3 hours, the course contains three main Facing: family relationships, conflict faces and children upbringing. Participants in the community before and after the implementation of short-term personal education program, self-compiled by the parental education questionnaire test, before and after the questionnaire results provided as a comparison of the effectiveness of differences. In addition, supplemented by the satisfaction survey of parental education programs, and the subjects' comments and suggestions on the curriculum, to provide a qualitative analysis to assess the effectiveness of the program. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The community short-term parent education program has substantial immediate results. Short-term pro-education programs have a high degree of effect, can effectively improve the relationship between family communication, reduce the conflict face, to promote their children to educate the knowledge. 2.The effects of community people participation in parental education programs with different background variables are inconsistent. Men are better than women, and the effects of different ages, educational attainment and family type tend to be consistent. 3.Community people are highly satisfied with participating in parenting programs. There is a positive attitude towards parental education courses, no difference. 4.Community people are highly satisfied with participating in parenting programs. There is a positive attitude towards parental education courses.
