This study investigated the effect of workplace spirituality on psychology capital among employees working in the hospitality industry. In the study, a questionnaire survey was used to the top 300 hospitality companies in Taiwan, and returned 1428 effective questionnaires with the effective returned rate of 47.63%. Analysis of the structure model was done after. The results confirmed that workplace spirituality has a significant positive effect on psychology capital among hospitality industry’s employees.
