Intellectualized system can primarily take effective control of hotel operation and optimize service patterns. There have been lots of relevant studies on intellectualized hotel until now, which are mainly elaborated on the basis of technology application, resource management and peripheral business. This study will be carried out from the perspective of innovative service and the value of intelligent technology, adopting qualitative research methods and conducting in-depth interview with industry professionals, technical product suppliers and senior directors in tourism information industry. The study shows that integration concept and innovative service patterns have been the inevitable trend of hotel development, which will create innovative value to enterprises. And intellectualized technology will be the most explosive market, promoting hotel industry chain to sustain innovation. While bringing innovative value to the market and promoting intellectualized development, intellectualized technology also make challenges to the market mechanism and the strain capacity of enterprise. The study also makes specific suggestions on patterns of reception service and standards of service.
