Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === In the past, there are many researches about information management trends used category and manual comparison methods. Researchers categorize their studies by topics. However, due to the huge number of researches, wide and different range of issues, different researchers may categorize their studies differently due to different cognitions. Meanwhile, using manual labor to categorize costs a lot of time on data preprocessing and the quality is much more unstable. For the limitation of previous study in information management trends, this study uses Text Mining technique, taking advantages of analyzing the large amounts of data automatically, and digging in the theme of each paper to explore the development trend of information management. This study focuses on the information management papers published in TSSCI journal. This study contains literature explosions, key words analysis, discussions of theme, directions and trends, the changes of information management issues and provide a reference for researchers. The result found that social network, mining analysis, enterprise resource planning, medical applications, and customers’ behaviors are the continually existing research directions. The studies about mining analysis and social network are increasing during 2011-2016. The research directions of 2000-2010 years are the innovation of organization, decision support, and e-commerce. The research directions of 2011-2016 years include the website management, cloud computing, and information security. The data show the focus themes are different in the past and the present.
