A Study on Legal Knowledge and Legal Attitudes of Ninth Grade Students in New Taipei City

碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 105 === Law-Related Education has been the point of education in our country, and now the president is implementing the judicial reform to strengthen people’s confidence in justice system. Under the premise, the purpose of this study aims to explore the current status of junior high school students’ legal knowledge and attitudes in New Taipei City and its related factors. The investigator selected twenty-one junior high schools in New Taipei City. Six hundred and thirty questionnaires were sent out and four hundred and thirty-seven are valid. The data were analyzed by percentage, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. The main findings of the result are as follows: 1.The legal knowledge in junior high school students in New Taipei City is moderate. 2.The legal attitudes in junior high school students are active and positive. 3.There is a low correlation between legal knowledge and attitudes in junior high school students in New Taipei City. According to conclusions mentioned above, this research proposed some suggestions to school and educational administrative authorities and educators.
