Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of this study is mainly to investigate the current situation of social skill of seventh graders with disabilities, and also to examine the relevant factors and its predictability. The data of this study was collected from the qusetionnaire filled out by junior high school teachers on Special Needs Education Longitudinal Study in 2012. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviations, Pearson correlations, one-way ANOVA, t-test, and stepwise regression analysis. The results showed that: 1. Seventh graders with disabilities demonstrated moderate level of social skills performance. 2. Among individual variables, there was certainly a correlation between social skill performance and severity of disability. There were significant differences between disability category and problem behavior. 3. It showed certainly a correlation between social skill performance and student’s educational settings. There was significant differences between teacher’s special education professional level. 4. Severity of disability, problem behavior, student’s educational settings and disability category were predicatable for social skill performance.These variables accounted for 45.6%. Finally,based on the conclusions of this study,there are some suggestions for policy makers, teachers, parents, as well as prospective researchers who intend to conduct similar research.
