Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to explore the cooperative learning method and teaching effectiveness of junior high school teachers in kinmen county,as well as to compare the differences results from background variations and to analyze the relations between the cooperative learning method and teaching effectiveness. Survey research method was adopted on the public junior high schools teachers in kinmen county in 2016 school year.General survey was applied. Out of the 196 questionnaires issued, 187 were received and 182 were valid. Data were established and analyzed through statistic approaches,including frequency distribution, percentage,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson product-moment correlation,and stepwise multiple regression etc. The chief results are as follows: 1.Junior high school teachers’ cognitive for cooperative learning method were strongly positive and in concepts dimension received the highest scores. 2.Junior high school teacher perceptions of teaching effectiveness were strongly positive and teaching plan received the highest scores. 3.In different background variables,as junior high school teachers’ cognitive for cooperative learning method is very close,with no significant differences. 4.Junior high school teacher relationships between cooperative learning method and teaching effectiveness were moderately positive correlated. 5.Junior high school teachers’ cognitive for cooperative learning method can predict teaching effectiveness. Finally,suggestions for Manager educational administration institution,teachers,as well as people to conduct further studies were established by combining the results of this study with information from relevant literature to offer as references for education policy reform,schools,teachers and academic research.
