However, when manufactured product distributed around the world, not many of enterprise able to assess risk management of product itself. Many of the small and medium-size enterprise have no knowledge on product liability or knowing related laws and regulations on the import country. Whenever uncertain risk occurs, it may cause loss of damage on consumer and bring up additional cost such as product recall, product replacement, and commercial expense. Thus, insurance is the most important in risk management. And as insurance premium is an expense for enterprise, appropriate condition and fees are need to be understand. The purpose of the research is to explain the importance and suitability of product liability for enterprises by analyzing the product liability differences between domestic and foreign markets in policy, law and regulation.
