碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === This is a single case study research to understand the adoption of Equator Principles in Taiwan. The Equator Principles is a risk management framework, adopted by financial institutions, for determining, assessing and managing environmental and social risk in project finance. The Equator Principles is designed to assure sustainable development in project finance. We use the offshore wind power green energy financing project in 2015 which is the first loan product adopted Equator Principles in Taiwan as the research setting. The results of this research showed how the firm to modify their works to meet the requirements of Equator Principles, and how the bank modify their process to adopt Equator Principles.
