First of all, the organizational governance and interactive governance are the unique governance models. In this research studying the two significant works by Irrigation Association the subsidy for children whose parent are members of Irrigation Association and listen carefully to the opinions of members from the Taoyuan Irrigation Association convenes few general assemblies every year is the main research purpose. Furthermore, the research analysis is conducted by using documentary analysis, in-depth interview and participant observation method. A conceptual framework focus on Irrigation Association’s organizational culture and political culture. By studying leadership system, organizational management and organizational development in
Taoyuan Irrigation Association is developped to understand organization governance.
The organizational service model helps us realize the achievement of organization governance, which is under the social network, political and economic relations and social and member interaction in Taoyuan Irrigation Association.
I found the following four phenomena results:
1.Taoyuan Irrigation Association has contributed to Irrigation Association.
2.Taoyuan Irrigation Association has active and constructive interaction between peasantry.
3.Irrigation Association promoted the mission is agricultural development rather than organizational transformation at the present stage.
4.Irrigation Association still has some room for improvement on organizational interaction and social development.
Based on the research, we proposed some recommends are as follows:
1.Irrigation Association will concentrate on strengthening member relationships and management of water rights for organization development.
2.Irrigation Association could have more focus on social enterprise functions.
3.Irrigation Association faces the stress of organizational transformation which needs to have the long- term development frameworks to constitute the social consensus.
