However, the food safety problems happened recently which led consumers pay more attention to whether the food is hygienic, natural and non-toxic. Among these foods, the convenience and high absorption efficiency of milling agricultural products make it widely used in daily life. The purpose of this study is to test whether different products appearance and products use behavior affect the health awareness of users, and to intergrate the design elements which have a sense of health awareness into a set of packaging design principles. The study developed a questionnaire based on the literature of health awareness and packaging design, six concept prototypes were proposed in accordance with the user needs. For the impact on health awareness in argriculture product design, the questionnaire was sent to the experts to view health awareness of the six concept designs. The result showed that the health awareness in “low calorie” on the performance was bag-shaped and one-time use of small size. “Natural” feel of the packaging was standing bag, glass containers, grinding use, and the image printing which is difficult to tamper such as glass printing, etc. “Nutrition” feel the packaging was iron containers, laminated paper containers, grinding use and so on. “Fresh” feel the packaging was bottle-shaped, laminated paper containers, about 200 cc of small size, grinding use, etc. “Clean” feel the packaging was glass containers, laminated paper containers, image printing of laminated paper, about 200 cc of small size, scooping up use, etc. “Non-toxic” feel the packaging was glass containers. “Good preservation” feel the packaging was bottle-shaped, glass containers, laminated paper containers, about 200 cc of small size, etc. “Clear and correct marked” feel the packaging was standing bag, the graphic printing which is difficult to tamper such as plastic film printing, etc. “Not spread around” feel the packaging was hard containers, one-time use of small size and so forth. “Not stick hands” feel the packaging was hard containers, about 350 cc size, scooping up use, etc. “Easy to control the quantity” feel the packaging was laminated paper containers, one-time use of small size, scooping up use, etc. “Collocation adjustable” feel the packaging was combinable containers. “Food visible” feel the packaging was transparent containers or with a window.
