The Pension Reform Commission shows the Labor Insurance and Soldier's Insurance will go bankrupt in 2027 and 2038. The Civil Servants and Government Employees' and School Staff (GESS) Retirement Fund also face the problem. Although there are no specific reform issues, we still explore the respondents' attitude and intention to the level of the supporting of the Pension Reform. In this article, we used a questionnaire approach to analyze the respondents' value orientation in accordance with the altruistic and egoistic values of Schwartz's value orientation, and the attitude and perceived behavior control from Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior. Moreover, we used the Risk Perception to the moderator between the value orientation and the attitude of the support for Pension Reform. Finally, we inspected the relationship with the political Trust and the intention of the support for Pension Reform. A total of 268 valid questionnaires were issued in this study. The results of the regression analysis were as follows: 1.The higher altruistic people positively relate to people’s attitude to support for Pension Reform; after adding the risk perception, there are obvious moderator. 2.There is no obvious between the egoistic people and the attitude to support for Pension Reform; after adding the risk perception, it still have no obvious moderator. 3.The attitude positively relate to the intention to support for Pension Reform. 4.The higher Political Trust positively relate to the intention to support for Pension Reform. 5.The political trust for the moderator is work between people’s attitude and the intention to support for Pension Reform.
