Description
Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 休閒管理研究所 === 105 === According to medical habits of domestic people, when their physical conditions are in a state of emergency or they meet with life-threatening accident, the first thing they would do is rush to the medical center for treatment. So, we can image the immense challenges and stress faced by medical center physicians every day. After encountering long hours of daily medical treatment stress, we wonder if the medical center physicians can have appropriate means of stress relief or leisure life? This study focuses on exploring the important influencing factors that affect the leisure constraints of medical center physicians, hoping to use this study to understand the possible obstructing factors that prevent the physicians from enjoying or arranging leisure activities adequately besides working, and propose strategies to reduce the leisure constraints of medical center physicians. A decision-making laboratory analysis method was adopted by this study based on leisure constraints theory, and three major aspects and 12 research criteria were then proposed. After being interviewed by the experts, the questionnaire contents were amended and made into a scale form to serve as the leisure constraints scale of physicians, and their leisure constraints factors were furthered investigated. From the analytical results of this study, we can see that the overall impact source of physicians’ leisure constraints is “structural constraints,” and the “crowded factor” is the criterion that accounts for the greatest impact in “structural constraints” aspect of overall impact source. We can thus infer that the physicians’ leisure constraints is dominated by external factors. Based on the above results, the study proposes to arrange vacation leaves in advance to coincide with leisure resorts registration, and avoid the crowded sites to enhance leisure quality. It is advised to adopt a leisure traveling method along with friends and families in order to promote family affection and harmonious relationship besides enjoying the leisure moment. It is also recommended to cooperate with the government system to reduce working hours in order to avoid regrettably overworked incident, thereby providing patients with better medical environment and enhancing a healthy living and leisure environment of the physicians.
