Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 105 === In Asia, Taiwan's entertainment industry in performing art was once better than Japan and Korea. However, over the past 15 years, Korea's performing arts is growing rapidly and already surpass Japan and Taiwan. Now, even Europe and the United States is trying to work with them. For the purpose of discussing the growth and decline of the entertainment industry, this study used grounded theory approach on qualitative research, used innovation diffusion theory on media communication channel, analysis business strategy on Taiwan's model agency and organizational structure. This study also interviewed Company E's senior staff and predecessor to deeply understand more about model agency's organization of management and administration, and the vision of the future to find Taiwan's values in Asia entertainment market. In conclusion, the researcher find that the compatibility, observability, and complexity of new things will affect the inventor's willingness to take action on enter the market. The company E was successfully innovated from the advantages of both media communication and electronic communication (self communication medium and public communication media) to create company's values and profit in society. Lastly, with the intention of achieving the sustainable development in Taiwan's entertainment industry, the researcher suggested the government to amending the law on performing artist and model's working hour and salary issues to create a better environment for future development.
