Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 105 === The study is based on elementary school baseball players,discussing the revelance between motivation and cohesion,from three different backgrounds:School Scale,Years of Joining the Team,and Training Hours per Week.The study uses questionaire investigation,statistical description,,one-way ANOVA,multivariate analysis of variance,Pearson product-moment correlation and other statistical methods.The study find out that motivation factor among Yunlin elementary school baseball players could be defined as Sports Interests,Relationships,Important Advisors and Future Development.The cohesion factors could be defined as Team Adapt,Team Attractions,Team Work and Intinate Relationship .The more Training Hours a player has, the more motivation and cohesion he will hold.School Scale plays no significant effects on motivation,but lays significant effects on two cohesion factors,which are Intimate Relationship and Team Attractions,and the smaller the school is ,the higher the cohesion goes.Years of Joining the team has no significant effects on cohesion,but has significant effects on two motivation factors, which are important advisors and future developments.
