Therefore, it is necessary to develop the cleaning system of the polluted air without consuming much energy. The plasma phenomena are employed as one of the possible tools for solving these contemporary social problems. The corona or glow plasma is one of the useful candidates for the above mentioned purpose due to its easy operation at atmospheric pressure. In reforming, decomposition or sterilization by using electrical discharges in atmosphere, harmful ozone was generated as by-product, and new serious problems have taken place, such as change of color of surroundings, poisonous for human body by direct attachment of such materials. In this study have developed ceiling type medical grade Air cleaner by high electric field plasma technology, which uses "High Electric Filed Plasma (HEFP)" system. The HEFP is enough to eliminate many kinds of bacteria in the air and decomposition of volatile organic gases. And designed for medical institutions or public places and other environmental needs, with medical and effect of the ceiling type air cleaner device.
