Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 105 === In this study, a system with the user interface and control program was developed in the LabVIEW environment, and this system is integrated with the functions of robot arm motion control and workpeice stereo vision detection. The stereo vision detection subsystem can identify workpiece with different angles and different distance, it can also identify the feature on workpiece, the position and center of workpiece, also read the QR code barcode label on workpiece. After all the workpiece information is detected by the stereo vision subsystem, robot arm is then controlled to suck and move workpiece into next fixture. This study results can be easily combined with production line and automatic optical inspection system (Automated Optical Inspection, AOI), and the whole system is practical useful for an automatic production system.
