People should design the hardware circuits by using the microcontroller and the corresponding firmware program by themselves. Recently, the similar contests are held four times to draw many attentions of the many universities. In this study, the self-design hardware circuits, including the mechanic shapes, the charge-coupled device (CCD for short) sensors, the servo motors and the encoders, are implemented. Moreover, the corresponding firmware is designed to achieve the movement along the track positions. The contributions of this study are as follows. 1.Implement a hardware circuits and integrate the NXP line following robot. 2.Develop the firmware programming and the motion control mechanism to make the robot to move along the track position. 3.Integrat the development experiences of the system and share the content of the hardware circuits, firmware programming and motion control.
